This man-made plateau on top of the Pringle Tract is bordered by the Cheat River gorge and Pringle Run. Currently it is being used as a firing range/manuever practice area by the National Guard.;Matrix of herbaceous with autumn olive and Robinia on a gently rolling plateau reconstructed after strip mining operations (circa 1960s).
