Sideslope out of drain becomes drier oak - hickory. Bottom of slope has rich forest with twinleaf (see plot GRAN.21).;Concave slope above limestone ledges adjacent to a steep incised drain. Forest of large sugar maple, basswood, chinquapin, and black walnut. Moderate cover by paw-paw in the tall shrub layer. Rich herb layer.
