Overlooks Big Bend campground with noise from lawn mowing. Small trail skirts the top of the community. Downslope, out spit turns to shale.;Dry cliff top glade overlooking a large meander of the South Branch. Platy outcrops and gravel of limestone from a steep slope down to a cliff edge. Community is open, with scattered stunted, knrly juniper. Herb layer is fairly dense with several rare plants abundant in the limey gravel. A few weeds are present but do not seem greatly increased since last visit.

Small open glade above sheer cliffs and ledges. Plot includes almost entire opening.
