County park with picnic areas in bottoms, bike trails bisecting deciduous forest in uplands.;Lower, terraced slopes above a small creek in a dissected plateau landscape. Community is a deciduous forest dominated by large white oak and beech. Large trees are widely spread. Tuliptree and red maple are also in stand but white oak and white beech are overall dominants - sometimes one more than the other.

Rosa multiflora and Miscanthus pulled in plot. Miscanthus is becoming weedy along mountain bike trails and in open woods, reproducing by seed in the sun.
