Community here is a forest or woodland of medium large black gum growing on hummocks with wetter areas dominated by cinnamon fern and tussock sedge. Fire scars in plot and standing snags may indicate canopy disturbance by both fire and seepage flooding in wet years. Wettest areas are probably too wet to support trees.
