Landscape Narrative ? TNC Nature Preserve with extensive Pitch Pine communities on plateau - like mountain top ad basin headwaters.;Charcoal on top of soil. Open stand of larger Pitch Pine with many dead snags. Dense short shrub layer dominated by Huckleberry, with scattered Mountain Laurel and Blueberries.
