At chain 9 the transect enters the "bog" . The transect leaves the open bog area at chain 16-20 and passes through a Picea rubens samp woodland. At chain 21 the transect re-enters the open bog community until ch 30. The transect contrinues through a Pice rubens woodland from chain 31-66. Entered a boggy opening at chain 67-99. From chains 100-117 the community is a marshy meadow dominated by graminoids. The last 15 chains follows a small stream draining the bog.;The plot is an open bog community.
