Location Narrative	Bettencourt Conservation Easement and adjacent State Recreation Area land: Small Salix exigua stand near the confluence of a small intermittent creek and the American River. The area, including the stand, burned about 5 years ago. The soil throughout the stand is coarse white sand. Part of the stand was under water at the time of the survey. There are a lot of nasty weeds here.
