Arctostaphylos viscida - Eriogonum prattenianum stand is small but repeats often. It is defined by the Eriogonum with open manzanita (many decadent). These stands are on somewhat upland islands above vernally wet pools. This is on a Mehrten meadow formation - iron mountain cobble series or andesitic mudflow. Property was previously grazed and there was once a mining claim here.
