South Don Pedro Reservoir, Tuolumne County: A fairly typical stand of even-aged multi-stemmed Quercus wislizeni woodland with a few scattered large Pinus sabiniana around the edges. The stand boundaries are not very distinct and the stand grades into the adjacent Quercus douglasii-Quercus wislizeni-Pinus sabiniana stand to the south. The understory has a number of very large Arctostaphylos manzanita, many of which have fallen over. This area may be actively cleared of brush as it is adjacent to a campground, but this is unknown.
