Location Narrative ? North Don Pedro Reservoir, Tuolumne County: The stand covers all of Kanaka Point at Don Pedro Reservoir and consists of mature and dying Ceanothus cuneatus with emergent Pinus sabiniana on serpentine substrate. Herb cover is patchy, most likely correlated to substrate dynamics, consisting mostly of Bromus hordeaceus in open areas and Vulpia microstachys on the numerous rock outcroppings. This stand is more or less an island.
