Author Location ? Lake McClure, property of Merced Irrigation Dist.
Location Narrative ? North Lake McClure, Mariposa County: The stand is a multi-layered woodland stand with emergent foothill pine in the tallest layer. Quercus douglasii is in the understory tree layer, while poison oak is in the scattered shrub layer. There is intermittent herb cover with mostly non-native grasses. This type is patchy across the landscape with foothill pine individuals being quite large. Some poison oak is climbing into the foothill pine trees as a tall shrub.
