Small aquatic stand (< 5 m X 2 m stand) in narrow stream over volcanic mud bedrock and cobble, but repeats in other streams. Water is not visibly moving. Algae is getting thick amongst the Ranunculus, Isoetes grows up through both. Islands of Mimulus and Trifolium occur around the stand. Algae included in total vegetation cover.
