Narrow band of Quercus wislizeni, Quercus lobata, and Aesculus with almost nothing else in understory, just above the Secret Ravine Creek. Dense mature and young (< 3 yrs) buckeye are below the oaks. Some regenerating Quercus wislizeni is present. Trail splits the stand and some brush removal has probably occurred above the trail (which is closer to college campus buildings) but not below trail. Above trail there are hundreds of regenerating buckeyes with a few mature ones.
