Location Narrative ? Standing water in stand is 10%. This small wetland is just west of Big Chico Creek (< 75 m) and lies at the base of a narrow meadow. Ten-Mile Trail passes through at lower edge of wetland. This was once a ranch but not since Chico purchased the park in 1904. The Salix are at the very edge of the wetland.
