Location Narrative |
Extensive chamise stand covering two adjoining slopes (~100 degrees to SE and 240 degrees to SW). Dense 2-meter tall shrubs with occasional Heteromeles arbutifolia, poison oak, and 3-4 meter tall interior live oak. Salvia and grasses occur in openings. Drainage between faces contains interior live oak, foothill pine, chamise and Ceanothus shrubland.
