Location Narrative ? A mish-mash of obligate wetland species along a spring seepage/drainage coming out of the hillside about 50 m to the N of Battle Creek. The tree overstory is mostly co-dominated by alders and red willow. The shrub layer is very dense, multi-layered and shifting in co-dominants. The distinction between the strata is not clear at all.
