This stand is dominated by Populus fremontii and Quercus lobata. The sketchy data was collected from the Bear River bridge at HWY 49 (very dangerous). There is a dam upstream and reservoir downstream. There is a Tamarisk stand on private property immediately adjacent to this stand and it probably threatens the watershed. The Rubus is thick and impenetrable on both sides of the river.
