Location Narrative ? CDPR and ACOE lands along the Yuba River: This is a mixed Black Oak and Canyon Live Oak woodland stand on a steep N facing slope, above the Yuba River with scattered emergent Ponderosa pine. There is an understory tree layer of Madrones, Maples, and Buckeye with the shrub understory dominated by Heteromeles arbutifolia and Poison Oak. There is some scattered Broom in the openings.
