CDPR and ACOE lands along the Yuba River: This stand is a regenerating Quercus kelloggii woodland on a steep N-facing slope. The Quercus kelloggii individuals are young (5-7 m tall), and the majority of the cover is a mix of young Arbutus menziesii, Ceanothus integerrimus, Heteromeles arbutifolia, and Toxicodendron diversilobum. The herbaceous cover is mostly along the edges.

Observation Narrative |
This stand was only navigated around the GPS point. The stand is potentially quite large, covering many acres on this hillside. It is somewhat heterogeneous with the relative covers of the regenerating shrubs being different than what is stated.
