Location Narrative |
CDPR and ACOE lands along the Yuba River: This stand is a mixed shrub, post-fire stand. It is unclear how long ago the fire occurred. The stand is a mix of Arctostaphylos viscida, Heteromeles arbutifolia, shrubby Quercus wislizeni, Ceanothus integerrimus, and other shrubs. The relative cover of any co-dominant shifts throughout the entire stand, making it very difficult to assign an alliance name. The herb cover is mostly along the edges.
