Approximately 1.0 km west along Fogarty Road from intersection with Ammo Road and about 300 meters south of road, at an elevation of about 680 to 700 feet (according to USGS topo)
Plot appears to be typical of local area and area marked as Hemlock - Red Oak - Mixed Hardwood Forest. Note that dominant Oak is Quercus prinus, although Q. rubra is common. Tsuga is more important in subcanopy and tall shrub layers, though now subject
