This stand is located on the Friedland property about 1/2 mile north of Hwy 140, and 100 m south of a private residence. The plot consists entirely of herbaceous vegetation dominated by exotic grasses with some cover of native forbs (Plagiobothrys and Amsinckia). The vegetation is dense, and there are few rocks.; This site is actively grazed by cattle, and there are wild pigs frequently on this site.
