Location Narrative	This stand is located in the central portion of the Ink's Creek portion of the Denny Ranch. The plot is located in one of the swales in a hummock and swale landscape on the top of a plateau in this portion of the ranch. The hummocks are dominated by California Annual Grassland, while the swales are wetter and dominated by Blennosperma nanum and other native forbs. The ground is super saturated from recent rain and all of the "cow punch" (high cover) is filled with water.; The ranch is actively managed by grazing and fire. Unsure of when this portion was burned.
