Plot consists of sparse herbaceous cover and a few shrubs growing on a relatively steep, north-facing serpentine slope. High species diversity in the herbaceous layer with several serpentine endemics, some rare.; Plot is right next to the reservoir and presumably more of this vegetation would have extended into the area now submerged. A fisherman's "use" trail runs through the plot.
