Location Narrative ? The plot is located on a side ridge of the east ridge of McCabe Canyon. The ridge is about 1 mile west of the intersection of Hwy 146 and Hwy 25. This land was given to the park from BLM in 2000. There is no evidence of fire, but there are signs, not specifically in the stand, of grazing. There is some feral pig activity. Plot is a circle, located about 20 m below MC-522 in a stand of chamise series. There are no identifying characteristics of the plot.
