Location Narrative ? For the narrow gorge, could not see northern portion well (see 22zb for notes on northern portion of polygon.) Lots of water in creek, could be a perennial stream. Old silted up dam in creek in polygon. Difficult to tell proportions of Salix laevigata vs. Salix lasiolepis. Interesting understory. Willow cover would be much higher in summer with leaves. No flowers on carex for ID.
