Location Narrative ? Dumps into sorry ditch. So-so view of understory. Perennial stream. Platanus racemosa away from immediate stream. Plenty of water. Lots of weedy palm trees. Salix lasiolepis has more leaf cover than Salix laevigata now. Salix laevigata somewhat sparse but Salix lasiolepis relatively leafed out. Both willow types distributed well. Salix laevigata is tall here. Using 'puff method', there would be substantially more Salix laevigata than Salix lasiolepis. GPS on edge of stand. May contain urban runoff.
