original plot ID: AA0076, Vegetation type confidence: Middle section of polygon dominated by Malosma laurina. Malosma laurina found throughout wheras Juglans californica and Platanus racemosa are in north and south ends of polygon. Cannot see understory. Quarter quads are POMU_NE and POMU_SE. Juglans californica about 10% of cover but not distributed enough for this to be a Juglans californica alliance. Short shrub strata not assessed well. [Changed UTM final to fall into correct GIS polygon according to overlay photocopy.]
Stand ID# = 1071 on paper overlay copy. jbc 2/18/09 Fits best as a Malosma laurina alliance. However Juglans californica about 10% of cover would be more when fully foliated.;
