GPS on edge of stand. Non-native herb cover predominately roadside. Polygon is on the steep slope between Mulholland Dr and floodplain which is Leo Carrillo campground.
jbc 2/23/09: Polygon has changed a lot since assessment (was subdivided into 3 polygons, now is 1), but still Usable since center polygon PI code=32860 which contains Malacothamnus fasciculatus, not given in plant list. The center polygon is flanked by two with the same PI code, 63140, which matches plant list well. Further uncertainty with position as Final UTMs were moved ~173m WSW to correct polygon but seems ok given field crew location description in first sentence this section.

original plot ID: AA0183, Vegetation type confidence: Juglans californica concentration in north and south ends of polygon. Malosma laurina more dominant in central portion of stand as well as being consistent throughout. [Changed UTM final to fall within correct GIS polygon according to overlay photocopy.] Does not classify easily. Juglans californica doesn't dominate throughout polygon however it's overall cover is comparable to Malosma laurina which does have a more consistent distribution.;
