Location Narrative	Extensive seep beginning upslope & SE of Jones Rd. ~ 1.5 mile south on Jones Rd. from Spenceville and Jones Rd. intersection and gate. Plot is about halfway up slope and below a pond. Vegetation throughout seep is highly variable and patchy with patches of Carex-Juncus, Typha, grasses and weedy non-natives. Seep area is within a fence enclosure.; Area has history of heavy grazing although seep area is fenced to exclude grazing. A lot of water diversion in seep. Pond located above seep that is likely man-made.
