Site is located in the Red Hills ACEC on the north fork of the Serpentine Loop Road. Plot is located approximately 100 m from the Red Hills Road intersection with the Loop Road. This association of herbaceous riparian species is also found in nearby Salix stands (such as SNFN0139), in the spaces in between Salix patches. Azimuth of the long axis of plot = 324 deg.; Fairly recent fire in surrounding area.
