Plot represents most of this vernal pool area of this section of Tuolumne Table Mtn. Scattered islands of Bromus, Erodium rise up from this stand and small depressions with Parvisedum dot the landscape. Site has bits of exposed basalt bedrock but in plot they do not exceed 30 cm across and they take up approximately 7% of plot. This section of Table top is approximately 10 acres, Mina Grazzettis property.; Site was grazed by horses until mid 1980's. Now it is privately owned and protected, as are the adjacent lots.
