Very disjunct area, patchy and not very homogeneous except for in small areas. E-facing side of ridge has Encelia farinosa on the S side of the undulations. Adenostoma fasciculatum is common on the N side of the undulations. Large amount of open herbaceous areas as well. Confusing.
