Some what unusual stand of Malosma laurina/Encelia farinosa (not very common to area) on S-facing slope. Stand moderate to small size. Assuming soil in stand is similar to soil where point was taken. Herb layer hard to ID due to distance, but thought to be mostly Erodium.
