Post fire dry sandy wash area with mod well regenerating Quercus spp, Eriogonum fasciculatum, Adenostoma sparsifolium, Cercocarpus betuloides. The surrounding hillsides are much more dominated by Adenostoma fasciculatum/Adenostoma sparsifolium. Perhaps the Adenostoma sparsifolium here in flat wash is encroaching on Quercus & Cercocarpus habitat.
