Most of the stand immediately west of Inside Road is PSEMEN and (PINCON and LAROCC much less) dominated with fairly droughty soils (though finer textured than 2264, which is closer to water source); these uplands are a complex determined by soils (texture
PINCON has mostly died out of stand and gaps are filled by abundant PSEMEN reproduction; (with minor PINCON reproduction); gaps also probably support greater shrub cover as well.
