Lots of ARNCOR with PINCON in this general area. Probably the dominant assn. Swales have more ALNVIR, and wetter areas along stream have PICENG-(PINCON)/EQUARV. PINCON age = 100 yrs.
Sandy clay loam. Charcoal in humus layer of soil. Not a lot of rock visible in plot, but more present at surface just outside of plot. Very rocky soil, with >50% gravel, pebbles, cobbles. Red & green argillites present.
