Location Narrative	EBMUD land east of Buena Vista Rd. Open Arctostaphylos manzanita stand on western facing slope. A. manzanita continues sparsely into blue oak stand to the northeast. A. manzanita snags occur throughout the stand. The stand isn't very wide (about 20 m north to south) but runs east to west from almost the top of the slope down to a shallow drainage (about 60 m).
