Location Narrative	Rosa californica stand on western bank of a north to south running stream. Width is about 20m and length is about 30m. Stand runs into Quercus lobata stand on north and south edges and along stream bank where dominant species of the Rosa californica occur in Quercus lobata stand understory. Artemisia californica is regularly spaced (rather than occuring in patches) in between Rosa californica bushes.
