Location Narrative ? Might not be distinguishable on aerial photo from adjacent chamise. 3-4 smaller sized Quercus douglasii growing between this and chamise stand. Ceanothus cuneatus stand in thin strip between meadow (flat) and chamise stand on slope above (SW facing slope) on EBMUD land around Camanche Reservoir, N and W of turn in Camanche parkway SE of SE finger of reservoir. Cattle might have grazed next to stand in parts. Old shoe in stand. Soil has lots of depressions not sure from what.
