Community Type: paleodune / pitch pine woodland
Community Description: Shrubland of mixed broad-leaved and needle-leaved species growing on low rolling paleodunes. Soil is sand which is mostly covered with mosses and lichens where vascular species are not found. No disturbance. Low diversity.
