Observation Narrative ? Community Type: coastal plain pond Community Description: Central zone dominated by Polygonum caespitosum, currently inundated by 1-1.5' water. Juncus and scirpus are scattered or in clumps throughout. Ludwigia (growing in large patches) and Dulichium are found with Juncus. This area grades into surrounding zone with Cephalanthus (A2). Additional species present but not found in plot: Sphagnum, Triadenum virginicum NOTE: Cover estimates are very approximate as the water was very deep.
