Site is ~1.2 miles ENE of Scullville. From Scullville, travel E on Rt. 651, Steelmantown Rd., to the 3rd major bend in the road., ~1.2 miles. Site is on the left (N) ~1000'. A trail runs from the bend in the road to the east side of the pond. Permission from Harbor Pines Golf Course is needed for access.

Community Type: coastal plain pond
Community Description: Central zone of coastal plain pond dominated by Decodon verticillatus. Found only ~1/2 dozen young Eleocharis plants in wet patch in NW corner and some Proserpinaca (frilly leaves) scattered throughout.
