Continue 0.7 miles to the first left and turn. Continue 0.5 miles. Pond is south of the road in a forested patch ~800' within the forest.

Observation Narrative ? Community Type: coastal plain pond Community Description: Herbaceous zone dominated by Cyperus and Echinocloa, currently inundated with ~8" of water. Other species are scattered throughout and in channels through the Cephalanthus, which links the open areas. Other species present but not in plot: cool season grasses around the edges
