Plot is representative of an exemplary, sphagnous seepage swamp community which occupies a 0.3 mi. stretch along the bottom of upper Cattlet Creek. Trees measured (dbh in cm.): Nyssa sylvatica (34, 34, 29, 24, 24), Acer rubrum (37, 32, 23, 21, 19), Pinus taeda (49).
Plot location: East side of Cattlet Creek Bottom ca. 0.3 miles NNE of Lonesome Gulch Pond.
