Observation Narrative ? Juncus roemerianus tidal mesohaline/polyhaline marsh. Plot is 50-100 ft away from tidal creek several meters wide. Throughout community is network of inlets < 1 m wide, up to 30 cm deep, with current flowing through, and occasional openings of several to 20 sq. m with Spartina alterniflora dominant. Nest observed in Juncus - probably least bittern.
