Description: Essentially a highly disturbed <i>Calophyllum - Calyptronoma - Symphonia - Drypetes</i> Forest with admixture of a few introduced timber species, primarily <i>Hibiscus elatus</i> and <i>Cedrela odorata</i>. These species may be sparsely scattered to dominant within the forest association. May include other non-native species of economic value such as <i>Cocos nucifera</i> and <i>Musa</i> spp. DISTRIBUTION: Jamaica: the John Crow Mountains.
