Description: This alliance consists of uplands of southern and central peninsular Florida, dominated by the exotic Schinus terebinthifolius. This alliance now occupies large portions of southern Florida, especially in the vicinity of urban and semi-urban areas. It also occurs in Texas, in the vicinity of Corpus Christi.
