Tall forbs include Agastache urticifolia, Delphinium x occidentale, Eucephalus engelmannii, Hackelia floribunda, Heracleum maximum, Mertensia arizonica, Osmorhiza occidentalis, Senecio serra, and Valeriana occidentalis. Other herbaceous species are present, including graminoid species. Forb species in streambank stands can be different from hillside stands.
